Maybe hard to tell from a pic but the chicken at the top of the pic looks a little too dry and charred for my liking, and the potatoes have been weirdly manhandled like they were prepared by Lennie from Of Mice and Men. I’m sure with a little butter, salt and pepper it’s all delicious, though, and I would definitely eat it.
