Recipe
28 oz frozen fries

Toppings
2 cups shredded cheddar
Diced tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Chopped dill pickles
Bacon bits
1/2 medium white onion, chopped

Beef & Beef Sauce
2 lbs lean ground beef
4 clove garlic, minced

Dry Ingredients
1 tbs dry minced onion
1/2 tps salt
1/4 ground black pepper
1 tbs montreal steak seasoning

Wet Ingredients
1 10-3/4 oz can condensed cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup Dill pickle relish
3 tbs ketchup
3 tbs mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cheese Sauce
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 10-3/4 oz can cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup %2 milk

Fry Sauce (999 Island Dressing)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs ketchup
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. mix the ingredients for the fry sauce in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
3. Prep the toppings if necessary.
4. mix the wet ingredients for the beef sauce in a bowl and set aside.
5. brown the beef and sauté the garlic in a pan, along with the dry ingredients for the sauce.
6. drain the fats from the beef, add the wet ingredients and continue to cook on medium-low heat.
7. for the cheese sauce. Melt butter in a pot on low heat, add flour, milk, and the cheese soup.
8. Add the shredded cheddar and stir constantly until the shredded cheese has dissolved into the mixture.
9. Layer Beef, Frozen Fries and cheese sauce in a 9×13 baking dish and put in the over for 30-40
10. sprinkle shredded cheese onto and set oven to broil, until the top layer of cheese starts to brown.
11. remove from oven and let cool, add your toppings and eat!

should be up dated there we go a cheeseburger a french fry cero let’s take this thing off let’s keep jamming myself um help there we go oh my goodness all right so it was a pain in the butt trying to get everything here set up today um yeah anyways let me give the thing there uh the thing so cheeseburger french fry casserole now uh the recipe for this uh will be in the description of my YouTube video when I finish streaming here today right it gets exported to the YouTubes and then if you want the recipe there you know you you go check out the description of video we’ll have all the ingredients and some direction uh so here uh cheeseburger french fry casserole right we got now I’m going to be doubling this recipe right uh and quadrupling the beef for this recipe right but uh this is the non-d doubled version or quadrupled right uh 28 ounces frozen fries crinkle cut um it doesn’t have to be crinkled cut frozen fries it can be Sho string fries it can be curly fries it can be tater tots right um we’ll be using the home fries right the ones cut into tiny little bit cubes right will’ll be what I’m using today uh the whole point is that you’re going to have U put fried potato basically right some sort of fried potato uh if you wanted to you could probably frecking use mashed potato here but like at that point it turns into a Cheesy shepherd’s pie um for their toppings here right we have two cups of shredded cheddar uh a diced tomatoes a shredded lettuce uh chopped dill pickles bacon bits one medium white on now for the beef uh of the uh cheeseburger casserole here right uh we’re going to be making a I don’t care you be soft uh we’re going to be making a kind of sauce go with that right um now this recipe right one of the biggest appeals for this recipe not the recipe I’m using but for the dish right is how simple it can be ground beef uh cheese and Fries right your ground beef your fries cheese on there you can call it a freaking day that’s it right but I’m going to do a little bit more than that maybe a lot more so we’re going to have our ground beef right one pound of ground beef uh one tablespoon of dried minced onion where that should be in there um half a teaspoon of salt a/4 teaspoon of pepper a one 10 and a half o can of condensed cream of mushroom soup that one4 cup of ail pickle relish uh three tablespoons of ketchup three tablespoons of mustard four cloves of garlic also uh the dried minced onion here you can use onion powder you can use uh fresh onion um I’m making this for someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy the uh texture of uh onion so using minced uh dried minced where four cloves of garlic one tablespoon of a Montreal steak seasoning uh two teaspoons of where’s where what the [ __ ] sauce what the [ __ ] Shire sauce wor sauce and then we’re making a cheese sauce for this as well right so our beef and our beef sauce is all going to be mixed up mostly on the bottom I think we’re going to separate some of it to mix with some of the fries to to kind of get a gradient in the layer right um the cheese sauce is going to go some on top of the fries and for the cheese sauce right we have 2 tspoons of butter and 2 tbspoon of flour uh 8 O of a shredded cheddar uh sharp cheddar preferably uh that is old medium whatever you know sharp old um one 10 and half oun can of a cheese soup and 3/4 cups of 2% skined milk as for for the fries after all that right we got a fry sauce sort of it’s almost almost a thousand island dressing almost okay I believe it is missing a few ingredients uh relish is one of them but for fake thousand island dressing sauce uh we have half a cup of mayonnaise a tablespoon of ketchup half a te of lemon juice and a/4 teaspoon of paprika right so we’re going to would you settle down we’re going to have like our tray here right we going to put a solid bit of beef with the beef sauce mixed in all there right and we’re going to try and get ing gradient of the uh meats and cheese not meats and cheeses the meats and fries on top of that right and then we’re we’re going to put some uh we’re going to put the cheese sauce on there right some more fries right I’m put that in the oven we bake that my bit rate is atrocious um tell the fries are nice golden brown right then our fry sauce our fake thousand island dressing right and squirt that all on top right and we can throw on all our toppings it’s going to be fun except for all the work that’s never fun also if anyone’s wondering today we have a Monster Rehab wild berry tea not sponsored I do enjoy this one this one’s good able all right so where is where to start um well where to start is uh probably it’s probably best to start with the fake thousand island dressing right uh we can whip that up and put that in the fridge and let all those flavors seep and soak into each other um then maybe prepping the toppings right if your shredded lettuce is not already shredded if your shredded cheese is not already already shredded if your diced tomatoes are not diced if your chopped dill pickles are not chopped if you’re bakon is already in bits you know you get get all that ready I already have shredded lettuce you bought it like that it’s nice um then you can put all that in the fridge now you can either separate these toppings um or you can put them all together you might not want to put the shredded cheese in with like like like the ones that you can probably stick together are your diced tomatoes shredded lettuce uh pickles and onion you know you can probably mix all those together in one bowl if you want um the bacon bits and the shredded cheddar those both should be separate from each other and the rest of the veggies I say rest as if those were veggies um then after that your beef and your beef sauce right you get those put together um those can be you can kind of leave those on the heat preferably not porza is live turn 10 publishing producer Maddie and ride retro W Vibes weekend good for you guys um so like the beef stuff you know you can let that stay on the heat for a little bit it’ll be fine you can take it off the heat and let it come down down to room temperature it’s not going to matter that much right the last thing you want to do is your cheese sauce right that requires attention right we can’t let that sit and cook too much it will burn we can’t let that come down from the heat too much it will all Clump up and solidify and do funny things right um and then after all that’s right you assemble it you stick it in the oven speaking of I should probably start preheating that and freaking Right Stuff uh 375 all right so that over there mayonnaise yeah when I when when when I go to do something I go all out don’t I you should see the cream of mushroom soup that I made holy crap that we something H Beef Wellington that was a good one yeah grabs ah PE King duck I made PE PE King duck one time oh that was really good holy crap was that ever good ever take a lot of work though right you know those great big um the thing that you you you it big it deep it long a little bit less wide uh you put turkey in it what are those called it’s got the lid anyways had to get a um it basically pulled the gr out from the right um put that over top of it put the put the duck on top of that and and then put the thing on top of the burners right to boil water to steam the duck that took a while [Music] [Music] all right there’s our minced onion cheddar cheese soup now normally I would have gotten Almer right which is those the soups that I eat right for the uh cream of mushroom um generally it does not really matter the your ingredients right they’re all going to be roughly the same quality right it doesn’t matter if you get the $2 box of rice or or or right right the inexpensive um $2 box of rice or or the really expensive uh $10 box of rice that has comes with the same amount of rice rice is rice you’re not going to really notice the difference where this is not true is um your dairy products you will notice the theory so normally I would have gotten the Elmer’s uh Creo mushroom soup right they were out there was literally only just enough right literally for me to have enough for my lunch okay there’s a pin in the ass saw two of the cans were severely dented a major issue with that right these are vacuum sealed somewhat you know there is there is a vacuum in there most things don’t exist too well in a vacuum by denting the can right you’re reducing that vacuum not good oh [ __ ] my bad uh should that be right here there we go there we go or that right here oh now I’m confused chat SE I got my uh stream manager chat window separate right pop out chat and I’m capturing that and then I got my stream manager here that I’m viewing which has my thought about it sounds like a dumb idea um what I think I might do is grab a uh clean clean garbage bag out of the uh trash uh the trash box bag the bag the bag of garbage bags the box of garbage bags uh cut a corner in one of the hole c a hole in one of the corners make like a Piping Bag that’ll do it or you can just like freaking take it from the bowl with the spoon like a neanderthal that might work it’s more about the presentation that I suppose a little bit of the even distribution whatever we’ll figure it out all right so I’m going to need two cups no one I’m dumb on man you were supposed to put the dishes away I cleaned them you weren’t even mine you gross one second she why does it smell like something’s burning the hell is inside the oven here [ __ ] [ __ ] all yeah one of these things right ex that bigger that you put the turkey in right I had to take the the uh the cooking racks out of the oven right put that on top of this basically put the the duck on there fill no liters that’s that’s wrong measurement right they’re all using Freedom Units ounces are we talking weight or [ __ ] volume the cheese sauce 8 ounces of shredded cheddar okay 8 ounces of of shredded cheddar if we’re talking volume right because the rest of the recipe is saying cups so assuming maybe volume right is one cup 8 ounces when you’re talking weights is about four cups so which is it I don’t know I like cheese so we’re gonna be using cheese um thinking about it it might actually be uh volume because the weight of your cheese can vary quite a bit right anyway sin here um mayonnaise flavors mix together there that’s mostly the paprika we want the paprika to to uh get into the well it’s mostly mayonnaise right let them become [Music] one okay and all right so um our toppings let’s get our toppings together tomatoes onion bitty pickles dill pickles Tangy Dill good for her uh let’s see where are we [Music] cheddar Armstrong old cheda this is going to be used for our cheese sauce Black Diamond medium uh this is going to be for toppings mostly um and Cracker Barrel maach chatter uh this is mostly going to go into into the casserole uh while it’s in the oven I’m going to put these in the fres for now let it ah [ __ ] uh this is our shredded iceberg lettuce I think I’m going to put this back in the fridge too now for the moment uh oh bacon bits real simple Maple Leaf ready crisp natural bacon fully cooked this isn’t like your typical bacon bit actually I say typical I don’t know what your typical bacon bits look like okay but what I’m saying is this is real bacon okay this is real freaking bacon bacon uh not simulated bacon bits you can mostly tell by the texture right uh simulated bacon bits are very dry um crunchy they don’t really have that grease and oil to them either right that the meat the real stuff has whereas these are soft and chewy kind of right these are real uh those can go there for now pickles right there uh so yeah cheese lettuce those are in the fridge diced tomatoes pickles bacon bits onion so I need to also turn some of this into relish uh for the oh [ __ ] yeah I’m going to need half a cup of relish half a cup is like what 100 Ms all right we’ll figure this out don’t worry start the tomatoes [Music] so tips and tricks here right when you’re cutting up your Tomatoes right you’re going to want one of two things a very very very sharp knife or [ __ ] serrated bread knife right so you go to cut right you’re going to push and squeeze and you’re just going to squash the Tomato right unless your sh knife is very sharp or if you’re using a bread knife right which will just slice up the skin and slice through it a lot easier all right that if you can’t slice your tomato open like that your knife’s not sharp enough so use a bread knife don’t ask questions you see it bit there a bit that’s the point um paring knife where is that I’ll get to that later [Music] how am I going to tackle this [Music] she I don’t know how that half tomato got so big spe can’t I suppose if you really wanted to you could cheat and use canned DIC tomato but that feels kind of cheap I mean isn’t that stuff cooked and whatnot you I did a [ __ ] I don’t recall but I know I was thinking about this specific moment of of my cooking stream here um wait no it had to have been since I done my my shopping right when I found that I couldn’t find a dill pickle relish all I could find was a sweet relish it had to have been since at least then that I was thinking about this specific moment pickle down potato masher boom [Laughter] relish all right so we need half a cup of that now um it says dill pickle relish right the thing is with this too is that the relish is more than just pickle right I think so I think we could probably do with having a good right it’s just alive almost all the fruits and vegetables right the produce that you get in the grocery store is still alive when you get it okay fact so much so one second even this shredded iceberg lettuce is still alive so those vegans right whether you’re saying it’s about the consent right or animal cruelty which be honest is very bad right animal cruelty is very bad not argu doing against that right but that carrot did not consent okay that carrot was living its best life before you ripped it out of the dirt right and when you eating fresh vegetables tell me that that is not abusive to the vegetable okay because it’s still alive you eat it difference is you’re probably not going to hear your salad scream and cry while you eat it whereas if you try eat an animal while it’s still alive it’s not it it’s not gonna roll over and let it happen at least not at first um more importantly too right not only is animal abuse bad it ruins the [ __ ] meat you’ll find this in a lot lot of the game if you’re the type of person to have eat game right wild meat if you didn’t catch it yourself or or if you hunt like this right you’ll notice that the meat isn’t as tender that it’s fairly tough when you shoot the right do not Chase it down right you’re going to get it scared and it’s it’s all that adrenaline the cortisone it’s going to ruin the meat okay it’s not going to make it very far it’s already dead it’s just a matter of time right don’t chase it down so when you’re abusing your animals like that it ruins the meat yeah this little green bit here too right this is fine right this is called the skate this is used in cooking as well right little green Sprout that’s the SK at least it wasn’t my toe I think it’s about good for the garlic um maybe one more oh the recipe calls for four cloves right I’m doubling this recipe and quadrupling the meat but these are some big cloves right couple here are a little bit [Music] smaller [Music] [Music] for for okay of the ones where I used garlic yeah you know how your hangers there they all got sticky there and whatnot and everything else right from cutting the garlic you ever notied that your knife doesn’t get sticky stainless steel or Steel in general steel um they actually sell a product for this right May that no matter how how much you try to wash your hands with soap and water it doesn’t get rid of that stickiness they sell a product for this it’s it’s uh steel soap right odds are your sink or the faucet is going to be made out of steel right yes use soap and water but also rub your hints all over that steel surface that will get the sticky out there okay seriously I know it sounds like [ __ ] but it’s true for whoops well that’s going to be wash I don’t know if you hear that squeaking but yeah I’m my hands all over the sink right get rid of that stickiness all right so I do believe that is all of our ingredients corre put this away now um I’ll be right back it’s good thing too that all right so four pounds of beef now you’re going to want to use lean ground beef extra lean if you can right and you’re going to want to strain it unless you really don’t care about your overall health especially your heart health right because there’s going to be a lot of cheese in here like like a lot of Grease there’s going to be a lot of bad stuff here for your health it’s going to taste really good but it’s going to kill you on the inside so lean beef right drain that [ __ ] um so let’s see here here’s my pan that’s not all G to fit there is it all that beef all this FMF that’s our there then we’re going to strain the meat right I said all the cheeses all the fried potato right um the grease from the meats this is going to be a very uh iy meal right you don’t strain everything or at least strain what you can that being the beef right lot of trans fat lot of cholesterol it’s going to wreak havoc on your inside oh hey there that is I think we’re good for this now anyways just actually this that over here turn this one on there we go let’s turn that off for now there put my hand it h okay casserole dish deep dish there is the other one what sh there we go um probably should have mentioned that the recipe is for a 9 by3 casserole dish um I’ve doubled the recipe right and I druple the the meats right so that’s like double the meat for a single recipe or a single thing so I’m using two deep dish casserole dishes that on low [Music] [Music] spe [Music] that’s good sh start working on the cheese sauce here a bit there I think he [Music] [Music] okay four tablespoons of ba [Music] that’s two [Music] spe [Music] something [Music] [Music] all right there we go want that on a low heat you don’t want to burn nothing here with this spe she the milk get that out [ __ ] never mind [Music] all right got the milk um one and a half cups she TR there we go one and a half cups [Music] uh four tablespoons of [Music] Flur one second while I go find that there it is [Music] [Music] [Music] one two three four get that mixed there keep it on low you don’t want to burn your flour you don’t want to burn your butter you don’t want to curdle your milk goes the milk [Music] [Music] the cheese soup got two cans of that in there where’s the can opener I suppose if you really wanted to you might be able to throw your bacon in there your bacon bits if you instead of using them as a a topping you know that’s an option then you have bacon cheese soup there’s one [Music] can for [Music] let’s get the other cam Jesus look at all those notifications that just [ __ ] me [Music] all right we’re going to that uh come up to to heat right so then it starts to mix uh and and uh well starts to look less like cheese cereal soup [ __ ] so right now we just got cheese floating around in soup or this cheese floating around in milk my bad that mix there and come up to heat now supposed to be using a 8 O of a Sharp shredded cheddar right we’re doubling that recipe so that is 16 ounces right now I don’t freaking know if this is ounces as in weight or as in volume but we’re going to go somewhere in between this is the wrong cheese yeah we’re going to go somewhere in between I think [Music] all right that is starting to come together quite well give me one second here we’ll do this all right it’s um a little more soupish right we got our CH sauce going here now how’s that look over on OBS there’s no delay on OBS is this good there look at that look at that yeah there we go that looks all right there you she that yeah all right so we’re going to get a whisk there we’re going to whisk that a bit I might need another whisk a bigger one [Music] all right so for the oops for the actual shredded cheese here you get it in there it’s not going to do much you know it’s going to you’re just going to have little shred cheese bits loating around in in the cheese soup sauce right and then things are going to start to melt right slowly things are going to start to melt and then it’s going to Clump together right and it’s going to look like it’s an absolute complete disaster like you ruined it and you’re gonna have to throw it out and start again that’s part of the process okay as it melts it will start to Clump together and and after a little while longer after that it will start to diffuse into the rest of the sauce it’ll it’ll unclump right [Music] I’m not eating the cheese off camera you’re eating the cheese off camera [Music] I have no idea how much cheese was actually needed for this God damn ounces [Music] it almost looks like carrot soup a creamy carrot soup right one sec let me show you this the camera here facing down a bit there look at that see that the shredded bits of cheese you know almost looks like carrot looks like a a creamy carrot soup [Music] [Music] anyone else this was a long time ago um Doritos I believe it were Doritos that had this flavor of Chip after midnight cheeseburger flavored right so like you know you go to a a restaurant and they have cheeseburgers that have just been sitting there all assembled they’ve been sitting there all day you know so you go there at one in the morning and they hand you one of those that’s what this meat is starting to smell like it smells really good now there we go you can see how I mean it’s starting to get stringy right it’s starting to melt it’s going to start to happen right is all that cheese in there is going to lump together into like basically one big salt ball just keep stirring just keep mixing all right it’ll diffuse into the rest of the sauce may want to get a whisk it’s a good idea oh also one sec here we go was it there it is again [Music] why is there D ni in there need to whisking time yeah you can really see what I mean it’s gonna it’s going good at making dirty dishes you just see me go wow um how the hell am I going to manage this just like that I suppose okay we’re going to scoop this back into here dirtying this casserole dish for no [ __ ] [Laughter] reason all right so now what we’re going to do right we’re going to take the one bag of H country style diced hash brown potatoes mix that into here right and we’re going to put that on top that’s going to give us a a gradient between the meats and the ters okay easy open perforation my ass got it all right now this is going to go on top of all that meat and on top of the counter Jesus hold on thought this was a terrible time to find out that there’s not quite enough room for all that that is [ __ ] fantastic do you like what you do for lasagna I think s except this is not a lasagna and that’s already packed Ms please yeah I might have [ __ ] up I think we might be all right I put about half of that bag in there there we go cheese sauce time spe oh that’s G to burn his stink it SM how I there we go cheese sauce got the rest of them Peters in there I [ __ ] up apparently I put more than half the bag in whoops for our first layer there well that’s about it goes in the oven there now [Music] 30 to 40 minutes or so how am I gonna get that over [Music] there carefully that’s how yeah I’m thinking maybe I should have like not put it all into the one casserole dish oops struggling now this dish right it is going to be very filling right the cheese Meats the potatoes they do do not compress well okay this is this like uh oh I can’t think of anything other than a bowl of cereal at the moment but you know like your Dry Cereal most of the air this is all solid food right so it’s going to compress well it’s going to be very thick very heavy very fing go throw some burger talking on top of this starts with some of this uh 999 island dressing the spoon no all right the spoon will do some of that on top of there really wish I got a squeeze bottle for this yeah that I could like you know make it look fancy also if you want you can just throw all your topping and whatnot on the top of this after it’s cooled a bit right but this is not all just for me mostly and I don’t know what kind of talking everyone else is gonna want let’s go throw some lettuce on there [Music] [Music] [Music] than some onion tomato cheese yes more cheese B bits [Music] almost forgot pickle one second some tomato pickles I big piece of pickle some more cheese never have too much cheese that is definitely not true but we’re going to pretend it is it B bits yeah I’m probably going to eat all that in one city than [ __ ] go mostly [Music] Chie dokie is dig it I probably put too much here on my plate wow this is a big old sloppy mess it is great big chunk of meat right there what I did with that meat right oh sh what I did with that meat really freaking good [Music] to wow so this recipe can literally be as simple as you fried ground beef right that in your pan and put your uh fries on top of that right from Frozen and then put some cheese off of that and you can call it a day highly recommend though that you try this recipe sh [Music] um so also if if you’re um probably if you’re pretty sure you’re going to have leftovers right I would recommend not putting all toppings on this right like I’m making it and I’m have leftovers right I know I am like if you’re Mak it for a family dinner and you don’t think there’s going to be leftovers throw your toppings on there it’ll be fine right but so I intend to have leftovers right reheating this with the lettuce the Tomato you know fresh ingredients it’s not going to be the same after right they get all soggy and mushy and part of what makes this great right is that contrast and texure between the meats the fries and the cheese here right with the uh fresh vegetables right pickle the lettuce the Tomato right just like an actual burger or this the Patty that’s hot right rest of there is cool and water [Music] this is so goddamn good there’s nothing else I can tell you this just tastes like a really damn [ __ ] good cheeseburger now than looks really good pickles try to get good chunk of the uh the ground beef in there I like the pickle lady yeah mhm that’s delicious yeah I was making up the meat there right it says actually I think for that it says it smells like a McDonald’s not a McDonald’s burger smells like a McDonald’s it is so darn good it is yeah you all right oh yeah better than one I but I didn’t have all the ingredients either so now I think all you were missing was the um the cheese right so I made a cheese sauce that day it’s almost like a salad so there’s one ingredient that I was missing right dill pickle relish but I did find a little baby uh dill pickles so you know I did I have The Cutting Board down here right I took out a pickle from the jar relish I think after yeah you don’t want it no okay yeah um tops are there in the walls right this one is 99 999 island dressing not Island St um in the one bow onion in the other uh cheese Tred cheese uh lettuce and bacon bits in the drawer pickles add the Z to it yeah thank you like wow and to think that when I first started making all this it looked like I was making condiment soup yeah it is so damn good I think we’re going to wrap things up here stream cash mes yeah I’m GNA wrap things up for here um one sec I said though right like like this is the appeal of this dish right is as simple as G beef frozen fries and shredded cheese okay feel free to try that feel free to look up some other recipe right this
