I’m gonna make some awesome barbecue chicken for a very unique recipe hope you enjoy it it’s a little bit of mix of Greek and Mideast and type of chicken here I’m just adding some salt now the cool thing about this recipe is that we just put everything in the bag it’s no messy you don’t have to clean a lot of dishes I hate when you have to clean dishes it’s not very practical so just throw everything in the bag mix it up so I’m cutting some onion right here let you watch the rest of the video right now got to add some garlic the garlic garlic just makes everything taste a lot better so chop them up add them to the bag and we’ll show you the rest of the recipe and just gotta add everything up mix it up and let it marinate check it out I had 2 cups of yogurt right here to break free now you gotta shake this pad I think there’s no tomorrow gonna mix all the ingredients once it’s all shaken up then what you want to build is put on the refrigerator at least four hours and then we’re gonna screw them up and we’re gonna put it on the body feel for some nice nice barbecue chicken now here we are getting into charcoal ready now we’re gonna cook this over charcoal man can’t use gas you want a nice tasty flavor tracker is the way to go I’m doing a little bit more than just the chicken and my family like tenderloin and also support so we’ll make us some good options there right out Indiana that’s the chicken right there and that’s some good chicken I tell you that looking delicious oh man oh man can’t wait to charges now this is for you brother yep right there looks delicious and it is – as you saw it my son just loves meat my other son only likes chicken so this is absolutely his favorite recipe I hope you give this a try it is truly awesome tastes really good it’s different and I got tired of eating the same exact thing so I’ll give it a try let me know what you think in the comments below and don’t forget to subscribe thank you for watching

I don't think you have made Mexican street chicken. In Mexico sellers on the street all offer a chicken that all look about the same. The final result looks almost red.

Guga, how easy would it be to sous vide and then sear this chicken recipe? I’ve just finished binge watching all of your videos on SVEverything, and now I’m checking out what you have here, too 🙂 Quick question about smoking, if you do get to see this and have a chance to reply: I have a natural gas bbq, with an infrared type grill. I’m trying to use a cast iron smoker box and apple wood pellets, but can’t seem to get a reliable smoke, or else it doesn’t start to smoke at all or it just starts to flame up and burn. Any tips on how to make that set up actually work, brother? Love channels and your family and friends. Y’all seem right awesome.
