I use a whole tin of tuna chunks in spring water, open the tin, break up the tuna a bit and put my sriracha in (to taste, however spicy you like it) and mix it together with a fork. Then I make two nori seaweed rolls with half of the tin and half of my lettuce (chopped fairly small – easier to roll). Then I just roll both of these in their own rice paper sheet. I use some soy sauce with mine, but it's totally optional :] I also sometimes add cucumber, I just didn't have any today
