All my flowers fall off instead of becoming peppers. Is it normal? If not is it beacause of heat or something else?

These are super hots, two Primotallis and two 7 pot primos. I grow for the first time. Two them are in 30l fabric pots and 2 are in double buckets, all of them are covered in plastic bags to prevent sunlight absorption. They are placed in full sun for most of the day and they usually slightly wilt during the middle of the day. I have the option to put them on the balcony where they would get morning sun from around 6 am to 12 am. Should I move them? Also I live in a big city so there are not so many pollinators but its not like there are no insects at all.

Not crazy for early flowers and buds to fall off, wouldn’t worry yourself too much if that’s the case. Those looks like very healthy plants, I’m assuming you’ve been using a high nitrogen fertilizer, they might need a higher P and K fertilizer.

There are 3 small peppers on 1 of the plants, but they formed about 3 weeks ago from the very first flowers and since then nothing.
