rice balls (HELP)!
Hey! I ate this AMAZING rice ball at this bbq restaurant couple weeks ago, ever since i have been craving it and now i want to make it at home. I know how to start but my main question is how to season the rice? It tasted sweet and lil salty but not spicy. English is not my first language so i really cant describe the taste any better. Please help!

Did it have kimchi in it? Sometimes they make it with kimchi fried rice and just ball it and sprinkle seaweed flakes on it. Not sure of the condiment on top- maybe mayo based
It could be rice, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and seaweed. Maybe for 1cup of cooked rice, add 1tb sesame oil, 1-2 tsp sugar, 1-2 tsp soy sauce.
