It’s mostly water. You can go far with warm salty water.

The sodium content always makes me reconsider soups. I hate it because they are so filling

  3. PMmeUrGroceryList

It doesn’t taste good so there’s that

Super filling? Now I wouldn’t go that far lol

Soup is just a cheat code to begin with. I always make a batch of soup for a few lunches for the week, even when it’s hot outside. Sometimes you just need a warm meal to feel satiated.

    It’s 43% of the sodium someone eating a 2000 cal/day should consume

Never tried those microwaveable soups. Are they any good taste wise?

Thanks for sharing. I’ll bet this could be bulked out with some additional veg to make an enjoyable lunch with a half sandwich. Nice nails too!

It is, look at that sodium content. No thanks

It’s basically just 300 grams of water with a gram of salt with some chicken flavor. Drinking a glass of water with fill your stomach too.

Just cause it’s low calorie doesn’t mean you should eat it.

Looks right. I lost almost 20 lbs replacing lunches with cup-a-soups ca. 2005. They are amazing. If you have hypotension, they hit the salt craving too.

The sodium in these Campbells soups is unbelievable and makes them close to inedible

When I want easy soup to fill me I make Miso soup with white miso and hondashi.

This is a great idea for a portable lunch, but I’m wondering how a low-sodium version of this would taste. Unfortunately the amount of salt in this product is just not healthy.
