Did a pork loin today. Cooked it a little longer than I should have but it still has good flavor.

1.Rinse off and pat dry
2.Coat with mustard
3. Rub is brown sugar 1/2-1 cup and garlic powder,onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme ect.
4.250 for 2 1/2 hours. I ended up just going to long and my meat temp went higher then I was shooting for.
