I haven’t slept longer than 10 hours in 3 days, I’ve been a nervous wreck over this graze since it was my first “professional” one. I’ve become comfortable with boards but this was the first time someone I didn’t know actually paid me to be a vendor for their party.

It was a watermelon themed party. I had green and red macarons that I never got to put out and I was rushing at the end because I was behind. I’m overall happy with it, not ECSTATIC, but I definitely learned what worked and what didn’t for next time.

Posting pictures because even though I feel I could have done better, I’m still pretty proud 🥹

    I think this is a beautiful grazing table. What is lining the table around the cheeses, are those figs/dates? I also love the wooden serving spoons where you wrote what was in the bowls 🙂

    Btw, as someone who did platters for a major grocery chain back in the day, you did a fab job on the vegi platter.

    What did the customers think of it? And do you feel what you were paid was worth the work that went into it?
