Chau, do you know, in my country Philippines that vegetables Thong gave to the pigs, we cook it. We sautee it with soysauce and some vinegar. It's a delicious viand. Try to cook it like that or the tops we add in our sinigang or sour soup. Sinigang is a sour soup with pork or chicken, yam, raddish, okra n the tops, we call kangkong.
