    App is called LoseIt! I always have a bunch of these ready in my freezer. I put one in the fridge the day before to let it defrost, then let it fry up in the morning (7-10 minutes on med/med-high, flip and repeat) while I’m finishing getting ready. I add a sunny side up egg on top plus some hot sauce.
