all right folks today we’re grilling these amazing looking Asian butter Lobster dogs so stay tuned it’s going to be amazing it’s time to grill I’m still influenced by my New York City Food trip I visited the Chelsea Market and there was a restaurant selling Lobster in many ways and one was a lobster sandwich and I wasn’t able to get one there but I keep this in my mind and now I’m able to do it so I ordered two lobster tails cleaned them and cut them in half these were quite expensive I guess those sandwiches started at $25 as soon as you open up the lobster tails like this you are able to grill them so we fired up the master build Auto ignite set it on 140° C which is 2 280° F and cut them shelf down basted with butter for a total cooking time of 25 minutes I’m not too much into time I’m cooking to internal temperature and we are grilling lobster to the same temp as our medium rare steaks in the meantime enough time to chop up some fresh dill Dill is beside parley my favorite herb when it comes to seafood and fish start with a bowl with sauce Tatar mix it with Greek fat yogurt at your fresh chop Dill season with salt and pepper you will also need lime test and of course the lime juice of one lime that’s it when it comes to Lobster in my humble opinion less is more we are almost getting there these might be hot so take off The Lobster Place them face down and keep grilling for some more minutes final glaze with butter should be the last step butter is really important it adds a great flavor and it’s a perfect combination to go with lobster I pre prefer Brios buns when it comes to making hot dogs with any kind of hot dogs almost because they are sweet and they are soft and the mouth feeling is pretty important the final topping on our Asian Twisted Lobster dog is kimchi I bought convenience stuff which is quite good I already already had the plan of making my own kimchi but I didn’t realize it so far as a project so if you have experience with making your own kimchi fermented cabbage Asian style let me know in the comments I would really appreciate that because I’m planning this still then add one half of that lobster tail on each followed by a decent amount of butter again then some of that sauce which adds a nice freshness and is a perfect combination to the little bit spicy kimchi or only one more step to come garnish with thinly sliced spring onions the green part and that’s it if you made four of these at home you saved $100 excluding vet and tip so great stuff for making it home way better can’t wait to hear thoughts as always I’m going to give this a shot right now don’t forget to like subscribe and hit that thumb up button leave me a comment don’t forget to visit my fan pages I’m everywhere delicious stuff anyway thanks for watching I’m out see you

Lobster sandwich? I tell you, I'm your man! Concerning Kimchi: Get Gochugaru powder plus salt, ginger, onion, garlic, radish, leek carrot, spring onion, fish sauce and cale. Making Kimchi is no big deal and rewarding. It may need more than one try. I prefer having everything cut ready to eat, which is much more convenient.
