Katame, Oome. Finally got to try Yokohama ramen Toraibu in Jiyugaoka. I have had a lot of iekei recently and toraibu stood out by its intense porkiness. The chashu was unique and really good, seemed like sous vide pork shoulder. There was no line at 2pm on a sunday. Highly recommend.
