Ugh! I got off work so late but decided to be fancy. I made a Meati steak (1/3 portion here) with heavy-on-the Worcestershire bbq, cauliflower mash, and sautéed toms, roasted red peppers (jar almost going bad), spinach (last bit in the fridge) and onions (almost to the core). Cooking oil from the roasted peppers. Hoorah! I love eating up my fridge for minimal waste!
