Prestige 500 for 1 hr. Internal temps around 170 so it should be good but outside is too burnt. I think my mistake was using olive oil spray instead of avocado or veggie oil that have higher smoking points.

I love your oil comment. That shows awareness. You’re absolutely right, when using oil always use veg or something with a similar smoke point. Olive oil burns to shit. Also, I’d use apple juice or something else to spray on the chicken during the smoke, not oil.
