there is just something about rainy days like this that totally puts me in the mood to fake so today you guys on divas can cook we are making this moist and fluffy pumpkin bread oh my gosh y’all this had my house smelling so good and it only lasted about six hours because we murdered this bread so hopefully it will last a little bit longer in your house let’s get started alright first step we’re gonna add our all-purpose flour into a medium-sized bowl now I have a little bit of nutmeg allspice ginger we’re gonna throw that right in there with the flour and now we’re gonna add in some cinnamon gotta have that cinnamon for pumpkin bread and a little bit of salt and then we’re gonna add in a little bit of baking soda okay and we’re gonna whisk this up until it’s nice and combined I probably shouldn’t use the bigger bowl I’m making a mess over here cheese don’t forget you guys you can find the measurements on my blog the us and cook calm with a ton of other recipes so go check that out alright this is mixed up really good right now in a larger bowl we’re gonna add in our softened butter okay and a little bit of sugar never gonna add in our eggs this is a very easy bread to make very easy quick bread now go ahead and mix that just until it’s nice and combined and if you guys are enjoying this video please be sure to give me a thumbs up comment subscribe that makes me happy and I just love reading your comments also crazy alright this looks good it’s combined perfectly now we’re gonna add in our pumpkin just pure pumpkin I’m using the canned pumpkin the Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin and don’t use that um the mix the pumpkin mix just pure pumpkin go ahead and add that into that mixture and mix it really well it looks nice but I promise it is so freakin good okay alright that’s perfect you’ll be a little spotted that’s fine perfectly fine add in your vanilla extract now okay you can just fold it in there like that alright okay now we’re going to add half of the flour mixture into our pumpkin mixture and then we’re gonna use like a spatula or spoon to stir it up you want to start up just until the flour has dissolved so it’s mixed all in there okay you don’t want to over stir and then we’re gonna add half of the buttermilk and stir that in just like that it start nice and gently you don’t want to over you know over stuff it’s better and then put in the rest of the flour mixture and once again stir it just until that flour is incorporated ok don’t use your mixer on this part and then finish off by adding the rest of that buttermilk right stir that on in there just like that that’s perfect and if you taste it right now you guys it tastes like pumpkin pudding it is so good all right I have greased and floured my loaf pan I’m going to pour this batter in there until it’s about third third fool or so this makes too low foot I only have one loaf pans oh yeah all right now go ahead and just kind of shake it around or use the offset spatula to kind of get it leveled out I decided to make some little mini pumpkin bread muffins for my son I have my oven already preheated to 75 I’m gonna bake it for about an hour ten twenty ten to twenty minutes that’s a very low temp but trust me it works out perfect when the bread is done let it cool off a little bit and it would look kind of like this you can go ahead and cut into it nobody likes the end pieces in my house well honey I’ll take care of that as soon as I’m done recording baby I took care of it y’all it was so good alright next go ahead and slice it up and you are ready to go it tastes so much better the next day and it’s great for like shipping because it stays soft and moist for so long so I hope you guys enjoy this recipe you can get it at sea with skin cooks calm

It's not overly sweet and overly pumpkin tasting, its PERFECT and so moist! Definitely had enough for two loaves <3 kept one for home and took one to some family which they raved about as well! 🙂
