50g oats
20g vanilla protein
1/2 tbs golden syrup or whatever sweetener
1/2 tsp poppyseeds
Lemon zest and a squeeze of juice
50g high protein Greek yoghurt
100ml skim milk
Topping for lemon poppyseeds

1 tbs sweetener

Chocolate tiramisu (3 serves)π«π«π«
1 cup of oats
1 tbs chia seeds
3 tbs chocolate powder
3 tbs maple syrup
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup brewed coffee
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or essence
1 cup high protein Greek yoghurt
40g chocolate protein powder
Add 1/2 high protein Greek yoghurt to the top and dust with chocolate powder.
I pop mine in the freezer for 1 hour to set,so its firm to add the toppings to. Then place into the fridge overnight.

Looks good. Been wanting to make some overnight oats but havenβt jumped in yet.
To confirm: you mix in some yogurt, than you add the additional amount listed on top of the mixture?
Assume in the tiramisu youβre adding 1/2 cup on top at end?
what kind of chocolate powder do you use?
Looks delicious! Did you make enough for 5 days (or maybe less if you have them more than once per day)?
Wish I wasn’t that lazy, I just mix eggs and whey protein, then directly to the microwave lol.
