    Fromage blanc, chocolate protein powder, half a teaspoon of peanut butter, 10g of dark chocolate chips. Omg tastes like dessert.

    I do large curd cottage cheese and no sugar added fruit (not in juice!). I just drain the fruit out of the cup and voila.

    I had a big bowl of cottage cheese (175g) topped with everything but the bagel seasoning and ~150g of fresh strawberries and kiwi on the side. Less than 250 calories! I’m trying to balance my macros, so I also had a spoonful of peanut butter (90kcal) to add some fat, but that is definitely optional 🙂 Just helps me feel more full until lunchtime!
