Considering putting these two (Serrano & Jalapeño) in the ground later this year. First year, but they seem pretty established. I’m in Florida and I think they’d be okay but I don’t have any irrigation for them. Just wondering if I can rely on Florida rain during times when I can’t water them myself?

Just depends on how consistent you get rain. I know Florida has been pretty dry so far so you might have to just fill up a watering can occasionally! Plants look good
Of course! If it doesn’t rain that week just water them two times a week should be sufficient! And we are all constantly learning and this page is a great help for that
There might be a way to create a drip irrigation system with a rain barrel potentially;but I would think that the water would get stagnant. Is there a reason you are against watering? Peppers really only need like 2-3 times a week if it rains maybe even just once?
Yes there are some good drip line systems for cheap you could do! Or not with those peppers but have you tried any indoor hydroponics? I love my set up and you just put water and nutrients in there every 30 days, lights pump everything for under $100
