Breakfast:
Protein shakes
Yogurt
Berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
Apple sauce pouches

Lunch:
Tuna salad – added a few hard boiled eggs and some mashed avocado with some seasonings, everything but the bagel pita chips

Dinner:
Angel hair tossed with cream sauce (cream, better than bouillon, sautéed garlic, ground black pepper), bag of baby spinach, diced tomatoes and shrimp
Meatballs with spaghetti sauce – didn’t bother to make more pasta 🤷🏼‍♀️

Snacks:
Dried fruit bars
Protein bars
Jerky stick
Dark chocolate sunflower seed butter cups
Almonds

Liquid IV drink sticks- haven’t tried this flavor before so we will see

Hoping this will last me throughout my trip – goal is to hopefully not eat out because airport food is expensive, usually not very good tasting or good for you, but I will splurge for an iced latte here and there. Tried to use up a lot of the stuff I already had in the fridge and freezer as well. I use several ice packs that are refillable to keep the food cold throughout the trip.
