I saw someone ask for a recommendation earlier for breakfasts that are quick and easy.
First one is 1 serving of oikos triple zero yogurt, with 1/2 cup dark cherries, 140g raspberries, and 36 grams of Catalina crunch cereal. (335 cals, 30g protein, 20g fiber)!!!
My main go-to is my protein coffee. 10oz of Starbucks medium roast over ice, shake 1UP Nutrition salted caramel why scoop in 6oz of unsweetened almond milk. (155 cals, 25g protein, 0g sugar, 1.8g fat, >1g carbs)!
