

1 – mandarins, salmon/ jalapeño/cucumber/ avocado mix, onigiri w/ egg, mushroom and spinach
2 – apple and mango, Thai papaya salad and pad krapow gai (nearly died cooking the Thai chiles) plus tamagoyaki bc fried eggs don't travel well.
Fun fact-couldn't find green papaya so l used chayote squash and it tasted the same
