What magic is this and how do I put it in my face?

Stopped by a little tienda on the way home from a walk and saw this possible volume eating cheat code. It was the only one left I had to have it but no idea how to eat it… I asked the cashier but she didn’t speak English (none of the staff did I think) I think she said people eat it with salsa and avocado, I pretended to understand perfectly with my terrible Spanish (hit em with an “ah si, entiendo”, always impresses)

I’m pretty sure she just read from the picture on the back also which isn’t much help…. Looks like some sort of tostada but can’t tell if it’s cooked or not

Any ideas? I’m thinking treat it like a rice cake?
