Thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you for simple, step by step, concise without a lot of" theatrics" and " silliness" directions. Thank you for being prepared, having what you need within reach, speaking where it is not at a snails pace but well understood, thanks for not going on a long diatribe of conversation, omitting or not making clear which ingredient to use….,not having other friends or family," showboating"… .and by this recipe looks marvelous !( These are all my opinions only)…,👍👌😊♥️
So basically a scored Hoe cake . Its a Southern dish .
What a cutie! This looks so yummy.
I can't wait to try this recipe!! Thank you, Chef!!
These Are The Best Biscuits I've Ever Tasted In All Of My Years Of Living, Thank You For Sharing😍
Dang right! I’m subscribing!
Awesome awesome after mine was done I added butter and honey absolutely delicious how easy and simple is that😊
Love it. Cooking this this morning. Thanks
THOSE BISCUTS ARE BIG!!!!! 🙂 PUT SOME HONEY ON EM'
Chef, what a lovely biscuit this is. I have made these many times, but I always add 1 teaspoon level of baking soda to mine as well as the baking powder. as a Chef you know what happens when Baking Soda hits the Buttermilk. Your Biscuits will rise really realy high and they are so light and fluffy too. A great Biscuit for a shortcake or anything else you can think of. These are very delicious. Chef, I'm asking you to just try these with the addition of the Baking soda along with all of your other ingredients and see how beautiful they come out. Thank you for the recipe….
Yummm❤
Can I use self rising flour?
OMG! These look sooo good! Thank you 🙏 for this!
My big mistake: I nuked the butter way too long. You want it just melted, not bubbling. Mine was way too hot and actually started cooking the dough before it even went in the oven. This left a burnt crust on the bottom.
Thanks Chef!!!!!!!
Well done!!
Can u use any kind of baking powder?
I waited until today to make these. Unfortunately, though they came out looking exactly like yours, it had no flavor. The texture was very rubbery. Don't know what I did wrong.
These would be amazing with sausage gravy
Perfect! You kept your promise. ❤
Yall done good
Sorry to say that this was a complete disaster. Buttermilk and whole milk are not interchangeable in this recipe. Two cups of whole milk turned the dry ingredients into a thin batter which did not bake properly. I ended up with a big gob of gluey mess. Inedible.
How long did you leave them in oven.
I don’t know why I’m confused there’s not a egg in sight lol
Mine came out great ! Thank you so much ! I always failed at biscuits, but not this time 😊
You added 2 Tbs baking powder to self-rising flour??
Looks delicious
Baked 'em this morning!! Had mine w/2 sausages and blueberry syrup…..Fire!!! Good Good Good….
I'll try it. ..looks easy. 🤞
Oh, my Lord 🤗❤️😋
