New to grilling. Moved to the Midwest from Texas, and in Texas everyone would grill and bbq so I never had to learn anything.
Now I lived here for five years and I just miss that Texas grilling and bbq so much that I got a Weber to do it myself. My first attempt and everyone loved it.
Threw some small chunks of hickory wood in there for a little flavor. Cooked indirectly for five minutes on each side then directly for the rest of the time (didn’t time how long that took).

Hickory is one of my favorites. They look great!
My dumbass thought you grilled them on the pan over the grill grates lol welcome to the club. You’ll find any excuse to cook outside now and that’s OK🤙
