    Breakfast Burritos:
    – Tortillas
    – Breakfast Turkey Sausage
    – 2.5 lb Russet Potatos
    – 1 yellow onion
    – 8 eggs

    Tinga de Pollo Tacos:
    – Yellow Corn Tortilla
    – 2.5 lb chicken
    – 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    – 28 oz of diced canned tomato
    – 1 cup Chicken broth
    – 5 cloves garlic minced
    – 1 yellow onion sliced
    – 2 jalapeño
    – 1/2 bundle cilantro for garnish
    – 2 oz feta cheese

    Cilantro Lime Black Beans:
    – 3 15 oz cans black beans
    – 2 oz lime juice
    – 1 limes worth of lime zest
    – 2 tbsp garlic
    – 1/2 bundle of cilantro

    Beautiful but those tacos need to be eaten same day. No way they hold up longer for my taste. They would be mush next day.
