Tried a new same day dough recipe. Not mad at it but needs some salt. 70% hydration.

    From the FWSY book. It’s a no knead dough. Felt like trying something different. Started at 830am and ate it at 6pm. Was easy enough. Made 3 balls. Have 2 in the fridge for later this week to see how the flavor develops with this recipe.
