Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions:
Wash hands and all fresh produce
Combine chicken, celery, cranberries, walnuts, mayo, Dijon mustard and seasonings into a large bowl and mix well.
Serve as is, or enjoy on a bed of lettuce or whole grain bread.
