The first is a carolina reaper, second is a Jay's peach ghost scorpion, and the third is a blood ghost.
The blood ghost looks great (although the leaves are huge to me) but the other two seemed to have pretty much stopped growing up and are real crowded at the bottom.
Am I overreacting??

I have the same problem and I’m panicking!
These are Capsicum Chinense and they are known to be short bushy growers.
With the right amount of light, this is the growth you get. They look very healthy and normal, in my opinion.
Also, it looks like they haven’t formed the top yet. This is the part where the main stem splits in 2 or 3 branches. When this forms, the plants will grow further and also form more height.
I live in Massachusetts and this happens to me early in the season most years because it doesn’t get hot enough. Also, how frequently are you watering? In my experience if these get watered too frequently, mixed with the weather, the growth slows and then boom.
Like others are saying – this is normal. Before you know it they’ll have exponential growth and you’ll have more reapers than you’ll know what to do with.
Give it fertilizer. and water less.
