Oh yeah! Love steamed broccoli, never done it in microwave. It looks yummyπ
Love it β£οΈπ
I eat broccoli raw, so 4 minutes is a bit too long for me. I add broccoli to a quesadilla. Between two tortillas, some cheese. And about one minute, the steam is enough to just warm the broccoli and turn it bright green. Sometimes I put shredded carrots in there too.
Or I'll add pieces of broccoli to raw scrambled eggs, some cheese. In a bowl in the microwave and make a microwave omelette in a bowl. 2 minutes for 2 eggs and 3 minutes for 3 eggs, cooks the eggs, the broccoli and melts the cheese. Add hot sauce or whatever you like. Easier clean up than frying.
Toss broccoli into boiling water with other veggies before putting the ramen noodles in there. add a raw egg at the end. All Kinds of stuff you can do.
Hi. Your content was actually educational! I have been trying to look for YouTube video like yours that breaks down the stuff in this video! π¨ββοΈYour tip really reminds me of the channel from Dr Ethan! Dr Ethan's explanations are actually insightful and he helped me a lot on school! He is the helpful medical student on YouTube and he explains diseases.
I recommend you watch his channel out and give the medical student a like over here! β‘οΈ #DrEthanCare
Great recipe! Healthy tooπ
Very good.π
This doesn't tell us much if you don't tell us the power setting – 800, 600, 450 or what?
This was a 1200W microwave. For others its + or – 30 seconds per 100w but chances are its going to be minus. Im in the UK and only have an 800w microwave:
Wattage Cook time
800W 6min
900W 5min 30s
1000W 5min
1100W 4min 30s
1200w 4min
I would also – 30 to 60 from all the above for more crunch.
