
I love the triple mushroom penne and would like to be able to make it at home. Ive tried a few different ways of making it at home but it if i'm honest it looks like grey gloop and taste just good enough to not throw away. does anyone have any ideas on what I could use instead of the mushroom stock concentrate?

you might be able to get good results with better than boullion mushroom base.
Takii umami powder is close
I recreate this recipe all the time and use vegetable stock, and I think it still turns out great.
