1 3/4 cups organic all-purpose flour (use gluten free if needed)
3/4 + 1/8 cup organic plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Macros Per Naan (8): 110 cals, 0g fat, 21g carbs, 6g protein

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Add in the Greek yogurt and knead until you have a thick dough. Preheat a cast iron skillet w/ olive oil over medium heat. While that’s heating, roll out 8 pieces of naan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side.
