Raw veggies. Add honey. Doesn’t take away from the nutrition and tastes 10x better.
This salad is just a bunch of bs I found in my fridge. (1 tomato, 4 asparagus, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 finely chopped green hot pepper(all raw))

    You’re adding sugar, of course that takes away from the nutrition.
