    Def a little overcooked. Not gray thank god but get a cheap thermometer.

    Looks like a solid medium (nothing wrong with that) that might have benefitted from higher heat and shorted cook. Looks good though!

    A little higher temp and a little less time.

    Medium well. Need a higher temp for a better sear and less time overall. Get a probe thermometer and keep at it

    Sear looks nice, but for me personally, it is overcooked.
