    getting close to that time of the month, so i’ve been craving carbs, fats, and sweet foods! i try to honor those cravings as much as I can, hence the sourdough, chicken thighs instead of breast, and ice cream 🙂

    * overnight banana oats w/ pb and cocoa powder, wheat bran, and honey
    * 386 calories, 18g protein, 10g fiber
    * sourdough toast w/ eggs and cream cheese
    * 461 calories, 23g protein, 3g fiber
    * strawberries
    * 42 calories, 1g protein, 3g fiber

    * 115 calories, 9g protein
    * sambal + soy chicken w/ sticky rice
    * 325 calories, 26g protein, 1g fiber
    * mocha cold brew ice cream w/ banana
    * 222 calories, 9g protein, 7g fiber
