Used Budget Byte’s recipe: https://www.budgetbytes.com/pasta-primavera/ doubled the recipe, added chicken sausage, was generous with the garlic, and added bell pepper because I love bell peppers! I personally recommend adding more lemon and garlic to taste, I’ll likely buy another lemon and add it to my other portions for extra zing. I also love a ton of black pepper.

Anyways, at 7 servings, approx 591 cals and 35g protein a serving.
