The freshness of a Caprese salad and the crispy sweetness of fried polenta discs makes for the perfect appetizer – quick, easy, and so delicious!!

Start by cutting 1/2-inch discs from a tube of polenta (usually found in the Italian section of your favorite grocery store) and frying those kids up to golden brown crispy deliciousness using Graza Sizzle olive oil.

While they finish cooking, slice up your tomato and a tube of fresh mozzarella (unless, of course, the mozzarella comes pre-sliced like mine did)

Then build your Caprese salad atop those crispy polenta discs! Finish with a drizzle of Graza Drizzle Finishing Oil and a balsamic glaze or homemade balsamic reduction! (I’ll be uploading a video showing my recipe for a balsamic reduction soon, so be sure to subscribe and click the bell to be notified when new videos are uploaded!)

And that’s it! Crispy, sweet, savory, fresh, delicious! Makes a great appetizer or a light snack for a midday craving! Make it at home, and Don’t Eat Boring Food!!
