Hello and welcome to the channel I will cook a very tasty dish that I am sure you will like and you have to try it The pan is already on the stove and I pour vegetable oil on the bottom As soon as the oil is hot, I put the chopped chicken in the pan to start cooking I use chicken thighs for this recipe. Their meat is juicy and tasty Stir and let it fry As you will see for yourself, the meat turns white very quickly and it is time for the next step of the recipe I add the spinach, which has been washed I did not cut it small because it will shrink many times anyway That’s why I was talking about. See how small the spinach is now? It’s time to add rice. I use Arborio risotto rice, which is best suited for such recipes. Let’s add a little more flavour Pepper Salt Stir to distribute the spices throughout the products And water or broth – 2 and a half cups of liquid (600ml) To make it easier for me – I use the same bowl in which I measured the rice Stir and let it cook until the rice absorbs the liquid and is cooked I almost forgot – add 2 tbsp tomato concentrated sauce Stir again and let it cook Here the dish is now fully cooked and it’s time to serve on the plates Thank you for watching the video.
