I was planning on eating these hearts of palm noodles. They are brown-with darker brown around the edges of the package – not the color shown on the box. Expiration date is June of 2026. Never opened. I’m wondering if this color is off

Yeah, but they’re not really much like spaghetti. Even boiling them for about 10 minutes, the ones I’ve tried are still very “al dente.”
