Smoked for 4 hours, then braised in beef tallow for another 4 hours, pulled and served as tacos.

The meat was extremely tender and very flavourful. Kind of the best meat for tacos so far.

I accidently dropped one of the cheeks straight into the liquid tallow, you can't imagine how messed up my kitchen is ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜…
