🌶️Roast a red pepper on the stove till it gets a nice char
🌶️Now cover it and keep it aside for 5 mins
🌶️Peel off the skin and add the red pepper to a blender alongwith 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, 6 walnuts, ice cubes & 2 tbsp olive oil (You can also add red chilli powder)
🌶️Blend this into a paste & your hummus is ready!
