This is my first summer growing anything and my jalapeños have been doing okay. I went to go look at them like I do every morning and they all have this hole by the stem. I picked one and cut it open and I doesn’t look like there were any bugs. My other plants didn’t have this problem. Any ideas?
These get full sun, watered once a day at sundown and again in the morning if it’s going to be extra hot. Located near Raleigh NC. I use a mix of neem oil, dish soap, and water and spray when it’s dark outside to help keep pests away. It’s been working decently so far.
