A breakfast that feels like a cheat, but isn’t.
I make this every few days when I’m craving something slightly unhealthy, but still want to stay in a calorie deficit. To make this with less cals, sub the low fat cheddar with low fat mozzarella or swiss, and sub the bacon with turkey bacon or get rid of it altogether.
So filling and so good. Seasoned with Ms. Dash, black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. I fry my potatoes with some of the 0 cal spray – not as good as bacon fat or real oil, but it gets the job done.
