So, I copied a recipe from a good Salad restaurant near me. I drink this every day as a meal replacement (breakfast) but I’m surprised this is an almost 600 calorie smoothie!!

well a meal is mostly around 400-800 calories, i just think it’s not worth it for a shake to be 600 calories whilst only getting 13 grams of protein. remove the coconut sugar (maybe opt for stevia) and peanut butter powder is lower in cal, but i don’t know if it tastes the same.
i have this breakfast smoothie recipe to get my fibre and proteins in: i use 50-100 grams of mango, 100 grams of spinach, protein powder, a banana, some greek yogurt and some orange juice (or milk), if you don’t like protein powder, u could use 1 or 2 dates to make it sweeter and more greek yogurt for protein
