I took these photos and hated myself at the time so didn't share it. Today I went back and got my revenge. Cheers!
First month strictly 1200 kcal (20lbs lost)
Second month 1200-1400 (15lbs lost)
Third month 1300-1500 ( 10lbs lost)
Forth month 1500-1800 kcal ( 10 lbs lost)
3-4 times a week gym,
Daily 7000 step (or average 7000 per day at the end of the week)
1 cheat meal per month
Never got sick, never got dizzy, never was hungry. Best decision of my life!
From 216 lbs (98kg) to 161 lbs (73kg)

Damn that’s insane weight loss. If I go over an 800 calorie deficit (through just diet or diet and exercise) I start seeing dots and need to sit down. Did you have any loose skin?

How tall are you? And your age?
I’m not going to lie, I’m super jealous that you lost weight so easily. But I’m female, 47 years old still with a menstrual cycle that whacks everything out, and 5’4″. So it would be like comparing apples to oranges.
