Making a couple tomahawks and a bunch of rib eyes for an early father's day and my brothers birthday.
How long to bake the big boys? Going for medium. I salted and let sit in the fridge overnight. For the ribeyes I was planning on 30ish minutes at 250.

I’d consider using a thermometer instead of time. Too many variables!

I’d account for an hour but only the thermometer knows the truth. And you better start the thicker ones first….
Diddnt think I’d have to mention I have a thermometer…..
Set your meater to like 120° or whatever temp you prefer. Pull it when it’s ready.

Just aim for 130 degrees. You can pull at 125 and let it rest.
