Peppers and zucchini are starting to come from the garden!

I sautéed the onion, celery, carrots, peppers, and garlic in the instant pot for about 10 minutes, threw everything else in except zucchini and cream cheese, 20 minutes on Soup setting, quick release, threw in cubed cream cheese and zucchini and then soup setting again for 5 minutes, I probably didn’t need to even turn it back on but I like the zucchini softer.

There were 12 servings but I was so hungry! Normally when eating I crush corn chips and add cheese.
