Getting more efficient at this finally. 15 meals in 1.5hrs. I hardly ever want to eat out nowadays cause i like my own cooking more.
Breakfast: Eggs, Cauliflower rice/rainbow cauliflower
Lunch: Turkey eggroll in a bowl. I used cabbage, green beans, bean sprouts, and zucchini. Then eggs & rice.
Dinner: Pesto whole wheat pasta with shaved ribeye, eggs, kale, and carrots.
