Had the egg in the marinade while hiking. Precut the onion and drained the corn before heading out to save weight. There's some jerky in there, too. Used shin black.
Great way to fill up after nine miles on the trail.

Looks good to me 👍🏼 Got me thinking in a few directions. First, I was thinking “huh, you could forage your greens throughout the day and make it a “native” ramen and minimize prep and weight. Then I remembered seeing bags or something of just the stuff in cup-of-noodles for sale. The peas, corn, shrimp etc, that weigh nothing, being freeze-dried and all. So then I ended up here, pick up a bag of the mixed stuff and forage.
