I’d put these wings up against anybody’s. Smoked over oak and then seared, all in the BGE.

    You can put them up against my wing because that’s exactly how I do it. Post Oak, BGE, about 2 hours at 220. Everyone loves them. 1/2 usually end up with kinders lemon pepper and half with butter and franks sauce. Gone before I can hide some for later every time.
